IMPORTANT UPDATE – Corona virus / COVID-19
Following Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews’ announcement regarding COVID-19 Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne/Victoria, Southern Cross Lubes advises that we are defined as a permitted industry and therefore we will be continuing to operate and support our customers as normal.
Our COVID Safe Plan, which we currently have in place, complies with the latest Victorian Government COVID-19 requirements and allows us to keep trading as per our normal business hours – Monday to Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm.
We continue to be focused on the health and wellbeing of our staff, our customers and the greater community.
Customer service is paramount and our commitment to continuity of supply and dispatch of all orders is as per normal, but please be aware during these unprecedented times that stock turnaround times may be affected by the impact of these temporary arrangements. Be assured that our commitment to support our customers’ remains unchanged, so please reach out at any time to our customer service, sales or technical teams for their assistance.
